Mulberry Red Ranch provides plentiful pasture for livestock grazing. There is a 40' x 60' insulated metal equipment barn with two overhead doors and a walk-in door. The barn also houses a small apartment.
The pipe livestock traps and pens with gates and working chutes were designed to be worked by one person when necessary. Solar wells have water at less than 20 feet that have not slowed down even in drought stressed summers.
For the horse enthusiast, the small horse barn provides three covered stalls, plus there is an outside pen that is attached to the main cattle working pens.
In the northeast corner of the ranch, an irrigation well has recently been put back into operation, giving the potential to produce income through irrigated farmland.
